Oh hell yea. For pics go to Washington Heights by the GW bridge around Fort Washington Park.

Also go to the tip of Manhattan aka Inwood at 215th St where the Columbia field is at. Nice spot for pics there.

I would say that some of the best skyline pics might involve you going to spots in Jersey.

My favorite spot in Jersey to see the skyline is Weehawken.

Then you got DUMBO Brooklyn that has the best skyline views of the lower Manhattan skyline.
