From what I'm reading in the description that is literally just a steel frame for 50k. Hell the description itself says you still need to do electrical work, plumbing, doors, windows, you going to have to lay a foundation, you going to need materials for outside to cover the steel, inside you have to build out the walls and all that shyt for the rooms , etc

You also need to pay to have the old home demolished remember and cleanup of the rubble. Plus fix any problems with the old foundation and plumbing to make sure it all fits with what you’re bringing in.
