Sadly this is true.

I work in a very prestigus joint staff Military bldg. And when these Black women see one of these High Ranking military men or Government, they start, smiling hard, tap-dancing, shuckin and jivin, talking like white Cali girls. It's discussing.

Doesn't everybody have to "sellout"(according to most definition of selling out that most people have) on some sort of level once a position of power is gained? Once you get promoted to a lead position or manager you have to elevate yourself over the workers under you to make sure the authority of your position is respected.
