Most disturbing part about dreaming is the false backstory and fake memories

Just woke up... had a dream I cheated and she caught me

Now in this dream, I had fake memories of stuff that happened a week prior. Like it was so real

Other times I've dreamed about living in a different state or something and I have memories of moving.

That's what makes dreams so real and blurs the lines of reality. The fact that your mind can be so convincing of something that never happened.
