Some of my immediate takeaways:

•most large cities tend to have above average scale of diversity...

•I find it hard to believe the city of Miami is the most diverse large city...

•of the 23 cities with an above 80 score, the only places that aren't coastal are three Texas cities, Abq and Chi. Most large cities on the coasts are extremely diverse, and its the cities in between the coasts that struggle with diversity...

An overall takeaway I have is there are benefits and drawbacks to living in hyper diverse areas, especially if you're black. But I also think the benefits outweigh the drawbacks as long as said hyper diverse area has a substantial sized black community; a place like Abq doesn't have a significant enough black community for me so the fact it's highly diverse isn't enough for me to live there. But different strokes for different folks...
