I know

Now imagine you're sitting in the middle of your loud-ass wild nightclub surrounded by famous people and getting sucked off by three baddies but you finally come to realize that this place just costs too damn much.

After 3 years it's like there's no point to paying for all this shyt. It's a whole amusement park for one person. Makes no fukking sense. You could still have this experience for far cheaper. Now u gotta push these random models off your lap to call your accountant to sell this fukking place asap.
Sell at a loss after buying it at loss.

Any respectable financial advisor would vote against this purchase.

And it's crazy because what can you sell it for? Like even if someone bought that for $5 million the maintenance and upkeep might cost them a million a year so it still wouldn't make sense. You'd essentially just have to scrap all the parts nd sell those for what you can and then just sell the land rights.

Upkeep on a regular house is a constant battle. Not hating on it, it's just something that comes along with ownership.
I can't imagine the BS that a luxury house would come wtih
I dont' want to even think of what this clout-house headaches would entail. Just looking at that lawn I'm saying :camby:

The thing about building homes at that price point is that you have to ensure that the design is timeless. Meaning, it doesn’t matter the year, the house will not appear out of style.

The modern contemp design is a non starter for a lot of people in the architectural world. It’s “trendy” which means it quickly becomes dated. A lot of people don’t want to buy dated houses. Which is why MJ had a hard time selling is contemporary multi-million dollar home in the North Shore of Chicago. No one wanted to touch it because it was not versatile enough.

nikka MJ house ain't selling cuz who wanna buy a 50k square foot house in chicago by the train tracks for 14m :russ:

I passed on this house. I needed more space, can't be having a harem of bytches and bump into one on date nite with chick number 32. :wow: I'm looking at renovating an old mall and make each store a house for the side chick's and we just meet in the middle on Sunday to see who I'm gonna spend the week with :wow:

After watching the video I think it is actually worth the price.
But only if you can afford set aside about 600k to 1mill maintenance yearly.
So whatever the final price plus 25 mill.

It's only worth what someone is willing to pay for it :sas2:

The price at auction will be the value of the house

Too much space, it doesn't feel like a home. Feels like a hotel/mall

He built that home for an entertainer. But most entertainers ain’t got that type of money.

Techies have the money but they are trying to live in places like Atherton.

Financiers have the money but they are trying to live in places like Belvedere or Tiburon.

This residence and neighborhood will not appeal to them.

I can’t fathom needing a home like this. Even if I was a billionaire, I don’t see the point of excess like this.
