Most of us buy groceries with our debit cards. Do you ever look and see what you spend a month on groceries?

Since I'm solo, I spend in bits. $40 here, $35 there. In fact, yesterday the cashier at Pete's Produce was like "You are by yourself, huh?". I said: "You can tell my the stuff i got and the portions, right?" A quart of milk, 2-pack of paper towels, 1 lb of deli meat, etc.
Pet peeve about debit cards. It's 2025 and there are still people who act like they've never used a card before. At the checkout struggling like a rookie quarterback. You got THREE options now: Swipe, chip, and TAP. It's not that hard.

I have a Publix five feet away so I just buy food for the day everyday. I go like 6 out of 7 days. I eat fish like 4-5 times a week and fruits and veggies everyday. I probably spend around $12 -$15 a day on average

I buy all my groceries on credit since I get 5.25% back at sam's club, and 3.25% cash back at every other grocery store.

I use a CC as well. We accumulate points then use for flights & hotels
People leave a ton of money on the table by using a debit card

I get panic attacks when my wife and son goes through the snack and drink aisles 
But on the real, we usually do like 200ish every two weeks, sometimes lower. It also helps if you go to those bulk supply stores with the five for 20 deals.

my go to card for groceries is Amex Blue Cash Preferred Card. i get 6% cashback (on up to $6k in annual purchases).
