Im guesstimating here. Main point is the leaguev isnt full of talented starting qbs. More then half the teams have or have kept avg to below avg qbs as starters for years.

it is mathematically impossible for 80% of anything to be below average.
average = 50%
so half the league is below and half is above.
but I get your point, the majority of qb's aren't very good. But really, you can say that about every position in football. only the top 20-30% of players are really good. the rest are just good enough to only be shytty half the time.
Qb's just get the attention more than others. but there are so many players starting right now that aren't very good.
