Modern Rap/rnb music sucks live because most of them are studio artists. They always get exposed. They cant sing without autotune and are not great performers.

Most of the concerts I've been to were mini raves. Techno house concerts were dope because all folk do is dance their asses off. Did go to one fairly recent(about six or seven years ago) and there was a lot of standing around. I would have been mad disappointed if I wasn't rolling my balls off.

Accurate. Last show I went to was Jayz and that shyt was BORING! Dude just stood on stage and rapped. No dancers dj hypemen nothing at all.

I've been to two Jay-z concerts and they were both good.

best shows i've ever been to were small shows at small venues, usually for lesser known artists or older artists whose popularity has declined.

Even R&B artists are trash live. They can’t sing or they don’t put on a show. I’m not a fan of her music but at least Beyoncé puts on a performance and can sing live.

From James Brown, Stevie Wonder, Prince, Michael Jackson, Usher to the trash we have today.

My sister in law dragged me to a Bryson Tiller concert a few years ago. nikka stood there with a hat, a jean jacket, half way sang, half way talked over a backing track. He had zero stage presence, his choreography consisted of the occasional arm gesture.

this. i went to a waka flocka flame concert back in 2012 and that shyt was on one...

i'd only do festivals and smaller venues with non-ratchet artists at this stage.
