Sadly, Drake never really recovered from the disappointment everyone felt when Views dropped. So many people felt like it was a bait and switch after his 2015 run and battling Meek.
More Life and Her Loss were solid though. He's still basically dropping albums that are diet versions of IYRTITL and Scorpion to this day though.

Seems like TC and NWTS are playing catch up since they didn't debut in the "streaming era"
But also they may be forgotten about among most who are primarily streaming, younger kids who recently became fans of drake probably aren't really checking for them.

It's not necessarily about quality, it's just that those came out in the mixtape era when people were either pirating or buying music and maintaining music libraries. People weren't doing their first listen on a streaming app.

Am I the only one that doesnt know one of his albums from the other? He has oversaturated himself to the point I just know him by songs and not albums.

You stand alone there, at least in terms of people who are tapped in and aren't high school aged.
The newer generation of fans might feel that way, but the 25 and up crowd knows drake's albums
