This is no1 most vulgar to me. My dude G Jone lifted that man off the ground and had his helmet tumble off with the stiff arm. Conte was cute compared to this.
Dude in here talking about thats a truck. No that was a mean ass stiff arm, but it was so brutal you'd think he truck lil buddy.

We used to have an old drill when I was at the Skyhawks where you’d zig zag between cones, switching the ball to your outside hand as you go to each cone. Once reaching the cone, you’d have to put your off hand into the ground and make a compelte circle with your hand in the ground before getting up and going to the next cone. That drill not only taught us to put the ball in our outside hand, it strengthened our use of our off hand to either act as a third leg to regain our balance or use it as a weapon.
They dont teach a lot of the back in the days techniques like that anymore. Thats why stiff arms are so less frequent compared to back in the day. The lil niqqas I coach.....
