This is why I'm very wary when it comes to dating women out of relationships

No matter how good a guy is, and how bad her ex was, she will not be fully engaged until shes gotten back at her ex and KNOWS she got back at him..so if she had an ex that truly doesn't give a fucc if she moved on or not, good luck with building something with her. For whatever reason women can't handle leaving a relationship taking an L.
If I'm dating a female and she brings up her ex in anyway, good or bad im automatically not taking her serious anymore. Idc how small or minor it was "my ex used to drive with his seatbelt off all the time he was so dumb " bytch shut up

its generally true that if your girl is the one who got broken up with, the person who broke up with her will still have some type of hold on her, especially if he was brutal with it....like, he breaks up with her and ceases all communication. yeah, she's gonna be screwed up for years. dont be that sucka who falls in love with her while she's playing scenarios in head of what type of sh1t she finna do if she ever runs into the ex again.

I have to co-sign this powerful thread. Last bytch I fukked with did this. She had pulled up on me and FaceTimed me when she was in my parking lot. But I just told her about some bullshyt she was on. So she tried to play that little game where she don’t say shyt for a while, then try to call or pop up turning on the charm to extra high and a nikka gonna forget about the shyt. But not this day. Soon as I picked up, I went in on her ass. But I swear, while I was talking, her face just had a look of hurt. Like I hurt her feelings. I had to get that out, and I was done.

Give me a cool 2-3 weeks of no contact at all and I’m gonna forget about you. So this bytch hit me up like a month later asking can we be friends. No bytch. Literally tried to send another bytch over here to spy on me or whatever the fukk these hoes had planned. bytch texting me out the blue sending pics talking but she got my number from my ex. I shut that shyt down and told that bytch I don’t fukk with her so I don’t fukk with you.

I know this bytch like the back of my hand and she was trying to get back in good, just so she could shyt on me and leave me lol. She did the shyt before. I know for a fact I hurt her feelings when I went off on her and she wanted payback.

She low key got the last laugh. Cause I missed her cooking and sent her a message on IG asking her to cook me food for the week. She tried to charge me money and a high ass price so I cursed her out and I ain’t talked to her since

I broke up with an ex for a variety of reasons and cut contact. Almost 2 months later I instantly regretted it. For the next 2 years every man I dated was only a placeholder until I could reconnect with the ex or find someone like him. No man could measure up to him so I remained single for a couple years. This isn't a woman only thing tho because I dated so many men during that time who still had something going on with their ex or baby mama.
