My homegirl moved back to her hometown and rented out her townhouse. She came back down last month and police evicted her Tenants. They hadn't paid rent since December

Renters got all kinds of rights and when you get a shytty one it isn’t always easy to get them out fast.

Sometimes that court process can take 2-3 months or more on an eviction.

Whats the word on Commerical property? I said if I was ever in Real Estate it would be commerical. Barbershop, Dr offices, Mechanic spots, etc.
