I need a routine.

I lost 30 pounds doing just cardio but I've plateaued and weights is probably where I should go now.

I get bored with weights. I need routines.

Do some resistance training or you'll simply become skinny-fat. You have to lift weights. Otherwise your body will burn muscle instead of fat. You have to signal to your brain that you still need your muscle. Your body wants to hold on to your fat deposits at all costs and will burn muscle tissue before fat especially if you are not using your muscles properly.

Plus you burn more calories the more muscle mass you have.

High chance he was/is on TRT. I respect the transformation and message, but I'd rather people keep it all the way real.

Could be but I doubt it. He looks like he had a decent amount of muscle underneath all that fat to begin with. He wasn't just fat, you can tell that he used to do sports on some level before he gained all that weight. He still looked strong. He has good genetics. Plus it was a slow transformation.

breh you are literally on the internet at this very moment.....

there are 1000s of routines you can find with google....for free

they all work IF you follow them and keep to the diet.....

i'll make it simple....go to All Plans - Find a Workout Plan
