Is the criteria accuracy or just the performance of the actor? If it's performance nobody is seeing Robert Downey Jr's portrayal of Iron Man. Hugh Jackman does a great job as Wolverine, though comic dudes get aggie about accuracy issues, plus it's cool to dislike Wolverine nowadays. I personally liked Andrew Garfield's Spiderman better than Tobey Maguire's but they were both good. Christopher Reeve has to be up there too.
