Moving Down South Next Year

What ya'll think? The two options I'm looking at are Alabama and Georgia.

I've been to Alabama to visit and it seemed real quiet and laid back, the women there were just the sweetest and they soo well put together and they seem genuinely interested in you.

I got a full year before I move but I'll be visiting both places before then. How ya'll feel about the two? Is Texas an option?

Because I was born and raised in the south but have been staying in the bay area for some time now. It's time for me to head back south but I don't want to go back to Louisiana. I have fam scattered throughout the south.

I am curious as to what the job market looks like though, most likely I'll be transferring jobs.

What I meant was Atlanta is pretty much it for the state but Texas has Austin, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Fort Worth, etc.
