I may be relocating from Boston to Philadelphia proper for work. I would be looking at apt or condo west Center City / Rittenhouse / Fitler Square.

Can any brehs speak on day to day life? Safety? Going out? Anyone live in both places?

Center City is safer than most parts of philly

Center city isn't really residential though

Do you want to be in a diverse area, cac area, blk area?

I think the best place to live in the philly area is presidential city apartments on city line ave

Depending on your age, Univ City is cool too

Manayunk, Northern Liberties & Fishtown if you don't mind an abundance of cacs

Massachusetts as a state is nice as hell, bunch of rich people living low-key

Can't speak in Boston specifically cuz I been working outside of the city, if you genuinely worried about safety just get a spot that's a short commute outside of the city, that'll cut down any potential fukkery from randoms by atleast 50%. Wife up a chick from a well off family or a graduate from one of these Ivy League schools





Philly tho take some boxing classes and keep yea head on a swivel if you got a healthy beard cut some patches in it so they locals think you one of them

Yes, maybe visit first I mean I’m sure you’ll be fine and safe, but I just don’t like it as a city. I’m in the suburbs outside of the city now lol

But I have friends that live in Fishtown and it’s a nice walkable area but if you’re planning to have kids, you can’t send them the neighborhood schools

And the hood is just in such close proximity to even the nice areas.

My brother had his car stolen three times and he lives outside the hood
