Raja Bell was just on his podcast talking about how he got robbed his first week living there
I went in there once to smash something but it was on the super late night, I have heard it's all kinds of ratchet in there though
It's like the apartments hood people move to soon as they get some money

I been in there like I said but late at night. it has a bad rep and has had a bad rep for a minute. Saying the presdential apts are ratchet isn't some controversial statement. If your experience there is good then enjoy your apartment breh, that's all that matters when you paying the rent

I live in a 4k sq ft house in Delaware now. I lived at Prezi in college & it was mainly temple & st joes students there. It wasn't ratchet. Lynnewood Gardens is ratchet.
