The only one on the outside looking in is you. If you think Sacramento or the Northern California is bad than you're either spoiled and never really been around nothing, or your a skitzo nut job.

And for the most part S.F. is really only the major metro IN Northern Ca.
So yeah, suburban doesn't mean any less violent...not all street cats live in apt complexes or the projects.
When you talk about the environment (States, cities, counties, ect) your talking about the dad to day living experience in general. NOT isolated incidents, but on a grand scale. Northern California is the richest, safest area in the country and one of the best areas to live in THE WORLD. These are facts. To even pretend that the best area to live in the world is somehow "grimey" and "ghetto" is asinine..
Yeah..they do sell a good one, huh. Especially when gentrification is in full effect and most of the people who cant afford to live in the city are being priced out their homes for the hipsters to come and be a part of the richest state.
You wouldn't last 24 hours in the places I've lived or in my shoes period. Especially if you think Sacramento is bad..

Mozzy is a decent rapper, better than his peers and even the people he raps with in his camp (which is a gift and a curse because he has nothing to aspire too being better than everyone else already). As far as the other stuff no I don't know anything about him, which would be my answer no matter what the truth was.
