On the NYCT MTA website, it states that a person gets:
12 sick days per year, carried over from year- to-year with no limit if unused; 50% payment for unused days on retirement or separation in good standing with 10 or more years of service up to prescribed limit.
Does anyone know what that "prescribed limit" means? Is it referring to the people that have retired, or is it referring to the people that have separated from the company in good standing after 10 years?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
