:whoo:Breh when this movie FINALLY came out, it was #1 at the bootleg box office. shyt was supposed to come out right after the album and took damn near half a decade to get released.

I remember the Murda Muzik album even having the movie poster on the inside booklet. :pachaha:

Half the movie was shot in 1999. But the director Lawrence Page was setting P up and supposedly even pulled a gun on him and wanted money. P hadn't rushed the contracts and when LP was supposed to sign but he wanted more money (this fukker had all the film so therefore the movie got shelved)

Because of all this bullshyt we still haven't seen a official release of the Murda Muzik Soundtrack

The plan was to release Murda Muzik in 2000 and begin filming HNIC (now in book form available) in 2001.
