When people get this big and they're bed ridden, can't get around on their own...you know good in gotdamn hell well they're not grocery shopping.
The family of these people should be disgusted at themselves. They contributed to this by not telling them 'NO' when it came to certain foods. Not only that, but if they're helping her clean herself and one of them legs falls on you, it's a wrap. If you're too big to self rescue in a fire or evacuation type situation, you're not gonna be here long.
