I'm 27 years old and I just checked my shyt at a store I know that's high but what does it really mean..I've been dressed out does that cause your bp to raise? Should I be scared? What could happen if it gets worse? What can I do to bring my shyt down? Last time I went to the doctors they said I had high cholesterol too..

It's some smart and healthy people on the coli..

Help me brehs I need answers

Do you have big arms? Because blood pressure cuffs come in different sizes so if your arm is too big for the cuff you'll get a high reading.

If you aint got swoll nikka prpblems than the best thing you can do is run... A lot. I'm talking at least 45 mins to an hour. And also watch your salt intake.

But on the real sometimes it's just genetic and there aint too much you can do about it besides taking blood pressure medicine (nothing wrong with that since a significant number of people go on bp medicine around 30)

Firstly, there could've been a few things that affected your reading. Like previously said, your arms could be too big, or you accidentally put the cuff over your shirt without noticing, or you didn't sit and rest for a few minutes before taking it. But if the readings are genuine, then really the best ways to lower your blood pressure are losing weight, cutting down on sugar and sodium, and becoming more active. Get a daily walk in and eat right breh. Cut out stress in your life too if possible.
