I only do a little over 10,000 steps a day. I'm trying to level up

But I don’t feel bad if I only go three days a week because anything is better than nothing.
I eat super clean. I don’t eat packaged or processed foods and I don’t eat out anymore unless it’s Mexican food.
This summer, I’ll be a little lenient with a diet but as soon as I feel myself slip and I just go strict again because I don’t want to regain weight or ruin my progress
Yes, I literally walk 3 miles before work 3 miles down on my lunch break and usually three or 4 miles after work
It’s really good for my mental health and it helps me maintain my weight loss and I just like being physically active. I love listening to music so I just walking out forget that I’m walking for so long because I just love music and I love nature lol
