My Boss to a UPS driver: "Get back to work you short Mexican"

When I heard that shyt I was like
Not because he said it, but because the migo just laughed it off like it was coo.
And mind you I don't work for UPS dude just came in to drop some shyt off.
It was crazy to me because I know my boss would never talk to me like that. Joking or not.
He goes out of his way to prove to me he's coo with black people. Shows me pictures of his daughter's husband(Ya'll know what race he is ) and has mentioned more than once that he's "completely ok with it"
Like on some shyt.

But my real question is, Do mexicans have that sense of racial pride anything like other races?
It's almost like ya'll have low self-esteem and are completely ok with the position you play in society.


I had some migos cutting my trees in my front yard, dude said he would do it for a reasonable flat price.
I was like "you'd really do all that work for such a low amount?"
He's like "Yea it seems like it's a low price, but I'm just a dirty mexican so we can knock that out for you easy"

My lil brother worked at Jimmy Johns and said their manager would constantly say slick shyt about Arabs and nobody would say shyt, since no Arabs worked there. Then he started talking shyt about "trailer trash whites" (manager was white btw). Then he started talking about blacks being lazy. They reported him...and he simply got moved to another location, same position.
