So just now, my little brother broke into a violent fit of rage and messed up my ring that I accidentally broke a few months ago, it's fixable and it's a toy, and also he's just come back for spring break from college, and when I said I wouldn't wear headphones to the computer when he was watching Netflix on the tv, he started shouting at me to do it and made our dad make me do it, so I decided to fukk with him and wear them around my neck and turn the volume up just to fukk with him because, well, with my brother, i like being that kind of guy.
so after that he started threatening to beat the shyt out of me, so dad came it and yelled at me to wear them, so I started stalling by trying to find the directions on the thing. And then he...i don't remember but I do remember it breaking out into a fight, with me punching him with a maybe perfect clenched fist idk I wasn't really paying attention before fighting, and then he decided to be a little bytch boy and try to break my ring, I think that's actually when the fist happened, that or that's when I kicked him in the back, and then he grabbed me and started punching me in the sides, btw I'm 5'9 5'10 and he's 6'2 6'3 6'4, so he's a whole lot bigger than me, then my dad comes in and stops him, my brothers calling me a cry baby when i didn't cry, the only times I did were when nobody was at home and only see it because I figured if I did it loud enough scream I mean because last time this happened he had my head in a head scissors well he was kneeling nod had my head Inbetween his legs. And also hesmpunchng a lot of the walls too a whole ago, he Always does this kind of shyt when things don't go his way as in fight and punch shyt, mostly breaking hit too, so to have him shut up, I decided to give him a triple h water blow, and that might've been the time he started punching my sides maybe Idr, so then I went upstairs and decided to let dad handle it and watch the magic happen 
Michael started calling me retarded since I have ADHD and asphergers and Michael won't get tested for anything. And dad asked if he was on anything, Michael denied it and started punching shyt, then he went up stairs and started gagging in the bathroom, he did eat something beforehand and came back from a friends house. So my question is, who is in the wrong, me or him?
