No difference, just like there's no difference between a blend and a mashup. They were called blends first like "macaroni pie" was called baked mac and cheese first. Ethnic "children" always try to put their own spin on things...in this case, there is no spin. Kinda like "callaloo" is just fukkin greens.

Stfu you're an idiot. West Indian food has more of an west African influence than a black American one. Callaloo and most other West Indian foods were not influenced by Black Americans

Clearly you don't know how to cook, as callaloo is not just "greens" and anyone who knows anything about Caribbean cuisine should know that.
