I ordered Chinese food, chicken fried rice and sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style, I served it and was ready to eat hell I even took a bite of two. Then I looked down and noticed it looked like the rice was moving. It was the weirdest shyt, I looked away and looked back to make sure I wasn't imagining it and yep the rice was moving like it had a heartbeat. I was finding it might be due to the rice being of and a build up of bacteria. Has anyone heard of something like this? I obviously threw the food away and won't be ordering from the same restaurant anymore.

Rice expands like that when its cooking or hot, put some in a pan and see what happens :yeshrug:

first of all you ate fried rice already tahts an autoloss because you can add so much riff raff to that and not even detect it. Same thing with all chinese noodle dishes outside of AAAA restaurants. You have to stick with steamed rice, so you see that shyt is ALL WHITE, and chicken thats either lightly breaded or grilled (general tsao or kung pao).

take ZERO RISKS at Chinese food restaurants and fried rice is a risk imo

Did you take a video recording of it? Like with a cellphone or digital camera?
I'm pretty sure you just threw away food for no reason.
