My cigarette smokers out there. How long does a pack last?

I quit 6 years ago. I used to smoked Newport shorts and a pack every 2 days. This thread not to judge just motivation. When I quit my skin cleared up and chicks started telling me I smell good.

I had a co worker that chained smoke a pack or two a day. Quit and blew up. I’m talking 40- 50 pounds .. said he could finally taste his food. Aside from the weight gain .. I was happy for him because I hate the way cigarettes make some folks smell
