Starting a gym at home really helped me out a lot ,I have high blood pressure due to genetics and bad eating habits , my shyt almost back to normal range , but to anwser op, six days a week hour and a halfI have a gym at home but I go 5 to 6 times a week. Working out can be addicting—I feel lazy when I don’t.
Yeah, I was lucky when my mom was alive she was a personal trainer so I kept all her exercise equipment. It’s easy for me to workout especially as a remote worker. some nikkas do be thirstyThis. I do weights for 90mins followed by an hour on the treadmill. No way I can do 5 or 6 days or I’ll crush3 days a week. I do full body and cardio on the same day so I always need that next day to recover.
