This is actually the most insulting meme I've seen in my life. Honestly.
I see so many white people with tattoos that are gainfully employed.
Yet look at how many black men and women without tattoos had to cut off their dreadlocks or trim their natural hair because employers wouldn't hire them without them doing so cause it's "too distracting".
