turn off auto disk defrag..it runs in the background and takes up memory if on..do it mnaually once in a while instead.. also auto windows updates

The AMD 300 + regular HDD is the answer.

That CPU is so slow that even an SSD upgrade would not make a huge difference like it usually does. I can link you to a pretty fast SATA II SSD if you are interested for $35

Get a legit processor..too many good cheap laptops to be dealing with this $hit..my phone can handle more than your comouter..that's buck wild.

just reformat your computer - make sure you do a backup of your data though. install windows 7 or you can always try linux
