There is a thousand things our brother and sistas have to worry about in this life but it's even worse when their minds are given them hell. In many aspects poor eating habits, smoking, drinking and extreme stress leave the body toxic and the brain vulnerable to destruction. One key aspect to the brain is the neurotransmitters that signal out our moods and are building blocks for our structural viewpoint on creativity, self esteem, energy, sleep, alertness, etc. Without certain amino acids provided to the body, the brain suffers and so does the person. Those problems lead to depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue and pain, digestive problems, blood pressure and sugar issues, etc.

I'll add transdermal magnesium (Mg deficient in ~50% of Americans and is depleted by stress) and Vitamin D

A lady yesterday told me that when the weather gets cold we're forced to deal with our inner worlds. So if we ain't right internally then these months are gonna be brutal
