I had 4 rounds of interviews for an INTERNAL TRANSFER one time. I ended up leaving the company for another job before they ever even got back to me. Just so inefficient. That old company is circling the drain though and laying off tons of people now, so it worked out for me in the end.

I have had 3-4 a lot. Phone interview/HR interview/manager interview/ executive interview

I’ve only had 3. Never had an interview with HR. HR interview seems pointless.
