I aint hatin on dude at all and happy for him he came a long way. Dude worked his way up from temp jobs to getting a decent paying job and none manual labor. They have little awards n shyt they give out at his job every quarter for best performing employee, and he won it this time. They take ya pic for it with ya manager.
