My fellow NYCers, can anyone recommend MMA gym...

....that doesn’t break the bank. There is a Tapout MMA gym that’s opening around my way in Queens but I heard there membership is $400 a year. Can anyone recommend other MMA schools in NYC that may be more affordable ?

Here is the thing with Tapout...

Their mma stuff is a separate price than what you originally signed up for..

Not to mention their bias towards left handed people

Anderson martial arts is good...it's by canal street...

I'm willing to go on a limb and say you gonna spend over 100$ a month for any reputable school...

If cost is what you're worried about i would start looking at boxing gyms. You arent going to find a good mma gym for under a 150 a mo in the tri state area imo.

How serious are you doing this? If you become a fight team guy for certain schools you will be paying a lot less.
