Idk how your news station works but for my granny’s 90th I called up the local news and asked if they could do a birthday shout out and they did do it every year now. She always gets happy when they say happy birthday

This is going to sound lame but spend the day with her. I've only recently found out about this but many elder are either dropped off in a home or they rarely interact with their grands. I visit my bi weekly, talk to her weekly and she always mentions how we keep her young....or how alot of the ppl her age are lonely.
