- Grilled/baked chicken and vegetables.
- Salmon and vegetables.
- Water and maybe a coke zero or gatorade zero once per month.
- Homemade quesadillas on zero carb tortillas.
- Sometimes I purchase those Factor Meals (low carb versions).
- Sometimes we eat out but I always get grilled/baked chicken, seafood (mussels, shrimp, fish, crab cakes) and vegetables or we get Mexican food and I get fajitas or chicken. burrito (and I don't eat the whole wrap).
