What are his strengths?
He can study social sciences on his own -- not worth the cost of the degree (not to say there isn't great intellectual wealth in these fields, but the price tag of school... nah. He can study up on his own and seek out the events on campus for that).
I would say Computer Science

If he does MIS he should minor in comp sci
If he does Finance he should minor in math or comp sci if he's interested in trading
Accounting and finance are good..just make sure he networks with alumni and does extracurriculars (i was an accounting major and psych minor lol)
