I'll be 30 in a year and a half and I've already started to make noises when I stand up.
Just today I had to get over a 3ft concrete divider and it took way more effort than it should have.
I use to weight train before I became a trucker but never did any cardio or streching and its catching up to me in a real way. I'm outchea looking like a lumber jack. I saw an old friend of mine the other day and she told me I'm built like Stringer Bell in Daddy's girls.
On top of that I have a baby face so I'm mismatched like a motherfukker.
When I get off the road I'm going to start doing yoga(can't wait to meet my classmates
) and I'm starting heavy cardio and only doing push ups, pull ups, and anything else dealing with body weight only. I need that slim swole look to match the face I have.
Any advice on what I should be eating or is there anything else I can do besides yoga to stay loose and stop moving like an old man?
