DO you want to loose weight? Gain muscle mass? Be cut? Do you have a big gut?

Im 31 and still has a six pack. I mostly do presses and that will work on your stomach as well.

I have a slight gut now and I want to get my abs back. I really just want to be slim a cut all around.

And once again, I'm trying to be slim swole, but when I work out I get swole swole. So I asked for advice on getting the look I wanted and being less stiff.

I'm a trucker I have no choice but to eat shytty. That's why I grew a gut. But when I get off the road I'll be good.

I use to box when I was younger, so if I went that route I'd want to pick up mma to add to the skills I already have. But I took a Krav Maga class and it turned out to be a McDojo, I don't wanna get played again.

Most gyms will let you do 1-2 free sessions. Do some research before you go in but you'll want to find a spot that has a fight team. Even if you don't compete you know they at least testing their skills against other gyms.

I'm 38 but its nothing more then making it a lifestyle. It sounds like you already know what you need to be doing now it's just committing to it and doing. Yoga and staying away from processed foods has helped the me the most. If I'm not sure what's in it I don't eat it. And drink lots of water. Half your body weight in ounces everyday is always a good place to start.
