My job has a new vacant opening in Boise, Idaho. I need some food for thought!!!

Every monday morning we usually receieve an email on our work site on the new vacant job openings. This morning I am just browsing around and I saw they have a new vacant position that I am qualified for and got extensive knowledge. Also, it has about 12k in upgrade salary (I get along with my manager and I had to inquire).
Currently, I am in Jersey but never thought of ever moving to Boise, Idaho?
The only thing I know about Idaho are potatoes come from there......right? Give me some knowledge, Bruh.
