its annoying talking to all these bots though with automated answers ... was ordering mad shyt online in the last 2 months.
the customer service is appalling, after you get through some bots some lazy customer assistant will pick up the chat/query.
it got so bad one woman i was complaining to about an order said "oh my bad seen i got you".
i am thinking is Argos Staff talking in casual slang now!?
