Kuwait literally feels like a blow dryer. I always thought people were exaggerating until I got off the plane. I never stayed so hydrated in my life.

Depends where in iraq you're in. Kurdish is pretty permissive. Anywhere other than that, not so much. But it isn't like the wild west. Iraq is civil.
