My new(boujie) apartment is towing cars if your registration is expired

My shyt expired in June 2019. When I was at my old apartments they could care less. Hell i even drove past police a few times and they didn’t give a fucc

Now all of a sudden this new apartment complex is forcing nikkas to update their registration or get towed
