My new supervisor just got out of prison for murder. Should I be worried?

He shot a guy during a drug deal, he was the aggressor. He got sentenced to 20 years but is out on work release after 8 years. He has multiple aggravated robbery convictions in the past also.

What if he snaps and shoots up the place?
