style cars from the late 80's early 90's?? that "first used car purchase" thread got me thinking about my first car in highschool. Black used '89 740 GLE. 
that car was such a beast.... big body European road hugging excellence. 
i loved that old shape that volvo's used to have. unless you drove one you just don't know how awesome these cars were/felt/drove.
this car will always hold a special place in my heart being my first ever.
the current design of volvo's starting in the mid 90's has gone from bad to worse.
how they fall off so hard??? 
somebody @ Volvo needs to take the reigns back... redesign these cars back to the borderline luxury line of progressive cars they were back in the day. pay homage to the old design while "updating" it to fit the 21st century.

i thought i was killen em brehs. headliner was fallin off when i got rid of it. me and my boys pretended i was rockin maybach drapes in the back.
