My phone internet stopped working AFTER I paid the bill (Boost Mobile)

Has this ever happened to anyone here? Pay your bill, can make and receive calls but the internet doesn't work unless you put on Wi Fi


Went to TWO Boost Mobile stores today and the reps at ethier store could not fix the issue. Called them tonight, said the service would be restored shortly but it's still not working (posting this on Wi Fi).


I restarted the phone and all that jazz and it didn't resolve the issue



I called them, went to the store, did all the troubleshooting and now don't know what to do next. Today I had to go around NYC leeching off of free Wi Fi like its 2016

Thanks for this, the only option I didn't do is reset settings. I'll probably end up resetting the phone in the morning after I make an Samsung account (I have an Samsung A10E).

Yeah I have an unlimited data plan, same one for a couple of years now and this is the first time having this problem.

the data plan goes too fast I guess... other than that that's it really Also the network is busy so you dont always get your calls or messages.
