i haven't gotten a single quote notification since i've been on here and i've seen my posts quoted.

Happens to me too, but only in Higher Learning. I get notifications from threads in other forums. Weird.

it works sporadically, we're eventually going to hire someone to fix the code but right now we have more important things to spend our money on

i already explained that, its because it doesn't recognize your username because of the non-standard characters you use but you probably missed that post because i quoted you

you guys are gonna have to rebuild this place from the bottom up so that my username jives correctly with the quote system.
