Its one of Sony's many bullshyt for no reason ass annoyances...anytime it gets disturbed in anyway it becomes tampered and requires repairing...its the fail safe to ensure it doesn't corrupt...

Spend its final days together with it

I learned how to deal with this when I was a kid, just take it out, blow on it, and put it back in more carefully. If that doesn't work, then try putting it just barely far enough in, not all the way in. One of those two tricks always works.
